The firm has a very vibrant Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme which is focused on three key areas: Youth Education, Health and Wildlife & Environment Conservation. We provide a platform for collectively making a difference by nurturing a culture of giving among employees so that they may come forward to help others in need. We recognise the fact that giving back to the community is not only an important part of good business, but it is also our obligation. We organise more volunteering events to provide opportunities to employees to interact with the NGOs and their beneficiaries. We strengthen the partnership with charities through specific projects which conform to the firm’s principles. Also, we believe that our role as a responsible and conscientious business organisation helps us earn the respect and trust of our clients. Employees are given a day’s special CSR leave for volunteering to take part in CSR activities.
